Celebrating Women Entrepreneurship at "Her Venture" Expo!
We are thrilled to share that the Sargodha Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SWCCI) successfully organized the “Her Venture” exhibition at Burj Hurraira from February 21 to 23.
A special highlight took place on February 22, where women entrepreneurs showcased incredible talent, innovation, and local craftsmanship. Thank you to everyone who visited, supported, and empowered women-led businesses in our community!
Madam Shamim Aftab, Founding President of the Sargodha Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SWCCI) and former Member of the Provincial Assembly of Punjab, attended the opening ceremony of the 12th Wexnet Exhibition as a distinguished guest.
She formally inaugurated the exhibition by cutting the ribbon, followed by a detailed visit to the various stalls to appreciate and encourage the participating women entrepreneurs.
SWCCI Senior Vice President Sumaira Harira Visits Arts Council for Divisional Exhibition
Led by Senior Vice President Sumaira Huraira, the executive members of the Sargodha Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SWCCI) visited the Arts Council in Sargodha for the division-level exhibition. During the visit, the women’s crafts, arts, and entrepreneurial initiatives were greatly appreciated.
SWCCI Participates in the 6th Islamabad Expo with Great Success
Led by the President of the Sargodha Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Madam Shamim Aftab, Sargodha’s female business community actively participated in the 6th Islamabad Expo. The chamber set up various stalls which received an overwhelming and enthusiastic response from visitors. Among them, the salt and handicraft stalls particularly became the center of attention.
SWCCI and University of Sargodha Jointly Organize "Fempreneur Expo 2024"
The “Fempreneur Expo 2024”, organized through a mutual collaboration between the Sargodha Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SWCCI) and the University of Sargodha, was officially inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Sargodha. The primary objective of this expo was to showcase women’s entrepreneurial skills and introduce their businesses, while also addressing their challenges—areas where the Sargodha Women’s Chamber will play an active role.
The event was attended by SWCCI President Madam Shamim Aftab, along with Senior Vice President Mrs. Sadia Khan, Vice President Madam Tanzila Fayyaz, General Secretary Mrs. Saira Rehan, and Executive Members Madam Shazia Bangash and Dr. Humaira Azhar.

Madam Samira Shahid, Director of Izdan Educational Consultants, also participated in the expo organized by the Sargodha Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the University of Sargodha, where she greatly appreciated the entrepreneurial activities of women.
SWCCI Leadership and Members Participate in the National Women's Trade Fair in Islamabad
Under the leadership of Sargodha Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SWCCI) President Madam Shamim Aftab, the chamber’s delegation participated in the National Women’s Trade Fair in Islamabad.
The delegation included Senior Vice President and Principal of The Leadership School Mrs. Sadia Khan, Vice President Madam Tanzila Fayyaz, General Secretary Madam Saira Rehan, Executive Members Dr. Humaira Azhar, Madam Shazia Bangash, Madam Sana Irum, and other prominent businesswomen.
The trade fair was organized under the auspices of the National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy, Paigham-e-Pakistan, From the People of Japan, and the United Nations.
